Mai's Recital

She did two dances but Brents vidoe camera broke right before the second one started but its still adorable!! I wish everyone could have seen it. It takes about 25 seconds before you can see it but its there, I promise, and worth the wait!

Back Again

Back again!! I know everyone thought Mai and I had ran away to Mexico and perished in the swine flu epidemic....but we did not.  We just have not had Internet for about six months. I finally broke down this past week and started it up again. 

Lets see. Not much had changed round here. Although, SUMMER HAS ARRIVED. I am so happy. It was 90 today and I couldn't of been happier. Bring it on. 

Mai just finished her recital for the year. It is her absolute favorite part of dance is being on stage. How that works, we don't know because she is the shyest little girl you'll ever met but put her on a stage and she shines!! I'm not just saying it because I'm the mom. She smiles the whole time and wiggles when she needs to and steps in rhythm.  It really is very cute! So if anyone has and dance clothes in size six they don't need anymore, we would be glad to take them off your hands. She has totally out grown every single dance outfit we have. 

Sarah's wedding is fast approaching and we are all getting very excited. Can't wait to have Jon in the fam for permanent. (evil laugh here) He's been forewarned about what he's signing up for. Like just last night, we were playing games at my moms house and it was a game called Sorry Sliders. Only four can play at a time so we had four teams of two.  The problem started when 

Clif knocked one of Jon's pawns over to the black corner(which is bad) and if the pawn it touching any part of that black line, its out. Clif said it was on the black line, Jon said otherwise. So we all started giving our opinion on where the pawn sat. I grab my camera, Mom grabbed the magnifying glass and some else grabbed a flash light. We had Jon, Clif, Mom, and Mel on the table trying to figure out if this piece 

was indeed touching the black line.  HAHAHAHA  It HILARIOUS!!!  We know Jon didn't leave our house last night crying because he was scared of all us weirdo's because he was the first one who jumped on the table to take a closer look.  It was SO SO SO funny.
